The High Road Program Inc. began operation in 1976 as one of the first organizations to provide pre-conviction education and counseling services for individuals convicted of driving under the influence in California. The firm offers DUI counseling and education, misdemeanor drug diversion, domestic violence and anger management counseling, drug testing, DOD/DOT substance abuse treatment services as well as outpatient alcohol and drug counseling for individuals and families. The High Road Program Inc. offers multiple types of alcohol and drug abuse counseling and education in both Los Angeles and Riverside counties. Individuals referred by the court, county probation, or state parole agency use most of its services.
