I visited this place on a Friday night recently! We arrived about 9pm so there was very few people in the venue. By the time we left, which was after midnight, it was packed. Fun music, good...

History
The location of The Haven Downtown is in the basement of the oldest commercial building in historic Nevada City. With two entrances to the historic underground tunnels that stretch all throughout downtown, The Haven offers a unique location for events and music shows. Though the tunnels are no longer accessible, the large iron doors that guard the entrances are reminders of a time long ago.

At the time of writing, there are are 6 real late-night bars in Nevada City. 3 of them have electronic/dance music of any kind. Only 1 has live electronic music with regularity: The Haven....
