Same problem, give you false hope as if they're going to do something but they don't only lag it to tell you they will call back, for never calling back. And when you call their voicemail is full....

No follow up what so ever. Not surprised of the low rating. Also spelling errors in the emails. Makes me question there level of skill.

Gave my information, forwarded documents and never heard back. Thanks for nothing. The issue I had I just have to pay since I couldn't find representation! Unprofessional amateurs. Waste of time.

I have the same problems as the gentlemen below. The owner, Alex, took my money without question. I sent him over all of my documents, with no call back. Please stay away from this company....
