I started this catering service after working in the food industry since the age of 16. I then attended school achieving my degree in the culinary arts. Over the years of experimenting with sauces, herbs and spices, I discovered my famous kicken BBQ and pineapple sauces along with my savory grilled rosemary chicken. People are apart of my business and their opinions I value highly. Therefore, after listening to my customers requests, I adjust any ingredient in my food to suit the taste, diet and needs of my clientel. Food is my life and I enjoy preparing cuisine that my customers will enjoy and come back as repeat business.
