CareMeridian, LLC specializes in offering sub acute and skilled nursing services. The center treats patients suffering from traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, along with medically complex injuries, such as neuromuscular and congenital anomalies. It operates skilled nursing facilities across California as well as in the Southwest locations of Las Vegas, Nevada and Phoenix, Ariz. The center has received accreditation from the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). CareMeridian, LLC has partnerships with The MENTOR Network, a national network of local providers serving youth, individuals with developmental disabilities and people with brain, spinal cord and other catastrophic illnesses/injuries in 40 states of the United States.
