The glass elevators at the Westin St. Francis are key-card protected and not open to public anymore. You need a hotel key card to access one of the glass elevators, and I think it's used to be one...

HOTEL GUESTS ONLY NOW. Unless you have a room at St. Francis or unless you're sneaky and lucky, you won't be able to go up the elevators anymore. The hotel changed the rules for security...
