The coolest place its like walking into a time machine I've done lots of work here and I love Christopher and the staff are such a pleasure!!!! 5 big stars for the GAYLORD APARTMENTS

History
Opened as one of L.A.'s first co-ops, offering their residents hotel amenities. Many silent film stars lived here when it first opened, as well as dignitaries, masters of industry and elite from the east coast and mid-west. Richard Nixon kept an apartment, in the Gaylord, during his campaign for governor of California. The Gaylord, bringing distinguished luminaries and creative people harmoniously together since 1924.

Beautiful property! I love this historic building and the fact that they celebrate their history with some fascinating exhibits. The lobby is also very charming and the staff are friendly as well...

-Update: I was informed that the new leases state there is NO POTABLE WATER in this building. This is not only illegal, but morally corrupt. There are so many other large issues that will never be...
