Came here for much cheaper parking after using SPOT HERO and got a $12 parking from 5:30p-11:30p, just a 5 minute walk from the Biltmore. Honestly, I didn't mind the quick walk to not pay the $70...

I like this building in a way, as it's rather innovative. I visited the 35th Floor, which is one of the areas where they rent out small private enclosed cubicle office space for the entrepreneur...

Avoid leasing in this office building at all costs. The building management is so tenant unfriendly.

Definitely and easily one of the nicest building in downtown LA. There have been some new updates as well that have kept it one of the better looking building in downtown. Security is tight here...

This place charged me 45 dollars for 20 mi utes of parking. This place is the devils butthole
