I started the beach bootcamp, completely out of shape and incredibly unsure of my ability to do this camp. Although I'm no fitness expert, it really seems like the trainers know their stuff....

These guys don't seem to need business. I left two messages, got no return phone call. Very irritating. I wish places that do this would just disconnect the message service.
