A disappointing 1st attempt to try The Fern. We planned our busy day around landing for a drink at 3pm, their listed opening hour for a Friday. 3:05 door still locked. Saw a gent getting the bar...

After only coming here once, I will surely not be returning back. The staff and overall management lacks fundamental business and professional skill sets, resulting in a disappointing experience.
