The Feel Well Empowerment Center

History

We started as a mental health agency that serves primarily children, families and persons with anxiety and depression. We found through expansion of our clinical skills into mindfulness and yoga movement; that it was an effective treatment modality for decreasing maladaptive symptoms. All ages also responded very well to art therapy and as a result we now offer The Feel Well as a community based supplement to the Therapeutic services we already offer at Fields Family Counseling Services (www.ffcounseling.com)

Healing is best served within a community. Feeling Well is not an option. Visit the Feel Well for your necessary dose of self care. The center offers wellness opportunities such as financial intelligence coaching, Yoga (Vinyasa Flow, Prenatal, Restorative, Meditation) and Kids Club drop-in (between 3pm and 6pm, M-F, all class offerings are kid friendly). Kids Club offerings include Kids Yoga, Family Yoga, and Messy Art & Movement, and Mommy & Me. Kids Club offerings are ideal for parents who would like to take a class, attend a group or have an individual therapy or financial coaching session, and utilize the Kids Club as a child care option. All services assist in reducing symptoms related to stress, anxiety, depression and/or trauma. Our team includes highly trained yoga instructors who specialize in working with trauma and families, as well as licensed therapists that include movement and creative modalities in their work to heal.
