The Elephant Shack

History

In 2008 Vickie Limas bought the old Crocodeli, but the story goes deeper than that. She started off as a Part time deli worker for Crocodeli back in 1992. she had the opportunity to turn this business around, so we kicked out the Crocodiles and moved in our Beloved Elephants. We originally started off as The Elephant Hut but a year later found out that The name had a copy rights, by a Indian cosine in Boulder, Colorado. So The Elephant Shack Evolved. Vickie had a dream to own a deli with the help of her Daughter Jackie. The Elephant Shack is more than just a little deli it's a burger stop with delicious deep fried goodies and Breakfast served all day long just the way you like it.
