The Edible Schoolyard Project, founded by Alice Waters, emphasizes the importance of edible education through various programs, including the Edible Schoolyard in Berkeley and Stockton. They aim to create positive change by fostering a connection to food, gardening, and healthy living in educational environments.

The organization offers a wealth of resources, including curricula, training, and a resource library, to support schools in integrating edible education into their programs. Through events and storytelling, they engage with communities to promote a sustainable and healthy food culture.
