History
The Dope Spot Studios was created by the Hip Hop Band called Dope by Design. They decided the garage they were rehearsing at needed some renovations and talked to the landlord of the property about fixing it up as a legit rehearsal space. The landlord graciously agreed to help them out and the rest is history. Now, the band uses The Dope Spot Studios as their place to rehearse, while also renting it out to other bands in the area who need a place to rehearse at an affordable price. Furthermore, in the beginning of the 2014 year, the band decided to add recording equipment to the studio and has been providing recording services for bands, solo musicians, singers and hip hop artists.
