Stopped by for some shaved ice. Really good and refreshing. Also the ice is soft and not crunchy. Big portions and quick service. Definitely helped out during this heat wave

The Dog House is a kiosk truck stationed in a parking lot that offers gourmet hot dogs and shaved ice (according to their menu). Walked across the street from Kings Beach, but it was just closing...

It's really expensive, but it's a summer tradition. Plus the price includes a great view of the lake hiding behind glorious pine trees. The staff is always friendly.
