The Community Action League (TCAL), established in 2013, is dedicated to fostering leadership, self-sufficiency, and social progress within underserved communities in the Antelope Valley region of Los Angeles County. The organization provides a variety of programs aimed at supporting vulnerable populations, including survivors of domestic violence, justice-involved individuals, youth in foster care, and low-income families.

TCAL's initiatives encompass violence prevention, youth empowerment, workforce development, and housing support, with a focus on creating lasting community change. Through collaborations with local organizations, TCAL addresses social and economic inequities while empowering victims and educating the community to combat domestic violence and sex trafficking.
