Food: We ordered Ube Latte, Ube Matcha Latte and toasted bagel with cream cheese. The Ube Latte didn't taste like Uber at all. The ratio was 1/4 Uber and 3/4 latte. It should be the other way...

Always turns out good, management is good at keeping it well staffed so wait is nothing compared to other places and staff isn't overwhelmed. My go to is the iced cookie latte.
