Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is a coffee shop offering a variety of coffees and sandwiches such as ham and cheese, roast beef, Italian, Pacific cobb and vegetarian verities, including hummus, cheese and egg salad. The staff is rude and inattentive. I stood waiting for my order that was already ready for over 7 minutes. No one acknowledged me and it wasn't until I asked about my order that I was greeted....

We place an order to pickup next day at 7:15am, so we got there order wasn't ready until 7:31am, I wonder if the owner of this place knows how poorly managed is the store, from PTA I will NEVER...
