The Children's Film Academy

History

The founder, Valente, worked at a talent agency for six years, helping kids interview with agents. Competing in the LA market for auditions with agents seems too competitive for kids' confidence to overcome. Hence, Valente decided with current technology (DSLRs, Drones, 4k TVs, Gopros, etc.), kids can create their own story at home and broadcast it online. We decided the best approach is through hands-on equipment and showcasing visually to an audience.

Specialties

Our academy uses current technology to create a visual art form in a team environment for kids to enjoy. We want each student to take this experience with them forever by feeling accomplished. All students will use a digital camera and have familiarity to create a compelling aesthetic image. Our mission is to enhance each student's creativity and entirely compose it on screen through innovation. We believe that every child has a story to tell.
