The all-new Center 360 is situated within the new Julianne and George Argyros Plaza at Orange County?s cultural epicenter, Segerstrom Center for the Arts. Serving breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday, as well as lunch and dinner during performance hours, Center 360 brings the community together as a welcoming outdoor dining space for locals and visitors alike. Greg Stillman, also the Executive Chef behind the neighboring Leatherby?s Caf? Rouge, has crafted a Southern California menu with global influences, created using locally-sourced ingredients. A full coffee and espresso bar, using freshly-roasted Intelligentsia beans, is open all day. Center 360 adds to Patina Restaurant Group?s bicoastal collection of 60+ boutique restaurants, helmed by Chef and Founder Joachim Splichal.
