I personally love all of the cave locations, and the stores in general so I might be a bit biased but the customer service is good the selection is good some things are listed a bit pricey but...

The Cave has three 9000+ square foot retail stores that buy and sell (and one outlet store that just sells) new and used Retro, Classic, Vintage, Rare and Hard-to-Find Collectibles, Toys, Posters, Board Games, Movies, DVD's and Video Games, T-Shirts, Jerseys, Bags, Hats, Apparel, Shoes and Clothing Accessories, Comics, Books and many other Pop Culture Items and Novelties!
Our stores are full of fun and excitement! The music is in-your-face, the employees are happy to see you, the shelves are overflowing with memories from your childhood like a giant treasure-hunt of the cool and weird and wonderful. The prices are excellent too!

I love The Cave and I love that the Folsom location is in the old Dimple Records building, keeping its roots, and that legacy, alive. They have a huge selection of everything you could ever want....

Interesting place. They have some of the widest selection of any similar place I have been to, but that does come at the cost of quality assurance. Products are largely second hand, so this is not...

Absolutely the worst customer service. Looking to take advantage and low ball customers, especially the elderly. Shame on them.

This stores a scam they get all there product from other people that they low ball then up scale the price out the wazoo it's a scam company designed to take the most money they can with giving...
