The worst place I have ever lived. Cockroach infested. MidPen corporate owned. Beware theit 30 plus page lease you sign ensures they have legal rights and you will have none. Management...

One great location in all those who drive and those who don't drive because everything is so close but so expensive. But whenever you do get the lease or the paperwork, that's no to have a lawyer...

I give the Carroll inn a two-star review because they need to get better with their management and responsive to complaints and responding to maintaining the building because the building floors...

I stayed here for a year. The apartment had a mini fridge and a microwave. They are a little strict when u want a air conditioner because you have to get a portable one that goes thru the window....
