the C restaurant + bar is a spectacular dining location that provides a breathtaking view of Monterey Bay. The cuisine, under the direction of Executive Chef Matt Bolton, offers up sustainable seafood, blending in a variety of local produce and meats. We are proud to comply with the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch program and support local farms, organically-grown ingredients and sustainability. We offer vegetarian and family friendly options, including a kid's menu. Join us for Happy Hour Sundays - Thursdays 4pm-7pm, with live music on Thursday, Friday, Saturday nights (6pm-9pm) and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoons (3pm-6pm).

Wonderful breakfast overlooking the Monterey Bay. Poached eggs, French toast, and a smoothie. Friendly service and a good bar, if needed
