Supporting You Before, During, & After Your Pregnancy — Birth Choice of San Marcos is a non-profit Pregnancy Medical Center providing free, confidential, and compassionate support services for men and women on matters related to pregnancy and sexual health. Our mission is to offer hope and assure clients that they are not alone. Services Include: Abortion Info, Options Counseling, Pregnancy Tests, Ultrasounds, After-Abortion Care, Prenatal and Parenting, Adoption Info, Resources and Support for men, and Sexual Health. We are open Mon-Fri from 9am to 5pm and from 9am to 8:30pm on the 1st & 3rd Wed of every month. Contact us to schedule a free and confidential appointment.
