Up until the beginning of 2018 this place was the best. then new manager and maintenance person was hired. The gates don't work properly, pot hole near the entrance for well over a year, visitors...

My family an I moved in here in January of 2015 the park is very well kept up and the people are really friendly . A lot of nice real estate in the park and the rent is only 400$ very affordable .
