I hate to give someone a one star review, but man they deserve it. Patty melt was both burned and soggy. Meat wasn't seasoned. Mac and cheese was mushy, devoid of cheese and full of velveeta....

Wish I could give fewer stars...We ordered from this place through GrubHub thinking we'd like to try it....then 2 hours later the driver called us saying the place didn't not make our order...

Bomb food, best melt I've had. Mac and cheese is alright too. Place is a bit expensive but well.worth it.

This patty melt from The Big Melt in Santa Monica was horrible! Completely burnt, a silver dollar sized burger and chewy onion rings. Terrible! Are they kidding?
