The Beacon Kitchen and Bar

This was completely unexpected and was a pleasant surprise. The food here is well above the typical "hotel restaurant" food. I had the spicy yellowtail roll and my wife had the hummus plate....

Good food and great service. The menu is not large but it seems that everything is well worth it. The dishes that we had were very good, and all the staff were very attentive. Highly recommend.

Great place for a meal. With it being near LAX, there is no need to leave for food as this place will certainly impress.

We just finished our brunch here at the Beacon. It's a convenient place to eat- especially if you're staying at the Hyatt LAX or neighboring hotels. Food: -the smoked salmon everything bagel...

For $28 sushi is not worth it, maybe try the other items for a real meal. They also do not do room service
