Always worth the price of admission. Come hungry and leave full. Whenever you need a break from the heat, just visit and enjoy the air conditioning and full display of how to make bread....

I love Boudin. Boudin is what Panera aspires to be (in my book.) The soup, the bread bowls, all top tier. Going to have to grab one next time to take home and make a family-style sammy with it!

Very nice little walking tour of the bakery where you get a little piece of the bread at the beginning. Loved seeing all the machinery and there was the perfect amount of facts to read as we did...
