Great location, easy parking lot in a large strip mall. If we surf doheny in the morning we end up here a lot of the time after. My son loves the cinnamon crunch bagel with butter. The pic below...

There's a kid while here all day for a soccer tournament from out of town. Great bagels and cream cheese. Nice sandwich selection. And very nice customer service. Plenty of room to sit.
