The Awareness Program, founded by Howard and Marilyn Bibby in 1974, has been providing drug and alcohol education and rehabilitation services to the greater Coachella Valley for over 40 years. They offer DUI programs, drug diversion programs, substance use evaluations, and drug testing services.
