The Arc Of The East Bay

The Arc of the East Bay is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing life skills education and employment services to approximately 350 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), including conditions such as autism, Down syndrome, and cerebral palsy. With a focus on personalized goal setting, the organization's Direct Service Providers work closely with clients and their families to help them achieve their aspirations.

In addition to offering job training and placement services, The Arc partners with the Regional Center of the East Bay to assist individuals and their families in accessing necessary resources and support. As part of a larger network of 22 Arc chapters in California, The Arc of the East Bay also engages in advocacy efforts to protect the rights of individuals with disabilities and secure funding for essential programs.
