She has had 20 years experience using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Tessa has been an educator as well as a leader in couples workshops, adult, adolescent and woman's groups. Mrs. Kershnar co-authored the book, Finding Solutions Together, describing Results Based Conversations, a powerful method now used in many schools nationally.
