Lighting still is horrible but the station is usually clean not that crowded so it's ok. Hook up, charge, and get out. I have never come across a broken charger so this location is not a bad choice.

Don't charge here alone at night, especially if you're a lady. The area is sketchy and there's not really any lights. A lot of weirdos walking around.
