Luckily, there was 1 charger available when I arrived. Walk straight over to Starbucks if you need a restroom and give them your business, instead of CVS, who says "no" to using their restroom.

The second charging station from left to right is faulty/tampered with and damaged my car because the handle doesn't lock into its holster correctly. Dented my car :(

The reason why I'm giving this location to stars is only because there's no type of shade anywhere so when I was charging my car for 40 minutes, I was literally melting in 90° weather
