The lower lot has 23 Superchargers all of them cranking. The upper lot all the chargers are turned off so I'm not sure the deal. Either way, lots of charging options and if the upper lot is open...

Nice location at the end of the Clemente Outlets. No shade though....Boo! My pet peeve. You are also limited to 30 minute general charging per stall and there is about 50 stalls! Geez...Never seen...
