The 32 Amps charger used to be free, but now they are charging money for it, which isn't stated anywhere. Tesla doesn't take responsibility for it, so not sure who is managing this.

Supercharger on the 4th floor. Lots of space (total 26) superchargers available even busy weekend! Many restaurants and shopping stores around.
