History

March of 2017 I was asked if I was opened to supporting a fellow Life Coach and Therapist with the son of her client. Supporting meant becoming a Life Coach myself to coach a high school senior, headed into college. This young man didn't need a therapist but needed someone to hold him accountable and help compartmentalize is strategy to graduate and start college out of state. I had already completed a Life Coaching certificate class and did my research regarding running a Life Coaching business but did not complete the other needed paperwork. I was nervous to take that leap. Needless to say, I was excited about the opportunity, and got my needed legal documentation (business license & insurance) and I was off to the races. What I discovered very quickly while working with my first Life Coaching client is that I loved the positive accept of this job. As more clients came by referral or my website my love grew for the process, engagement, and results of being a Life Coach.

Accountability coach: Accountability will be our focus weekly meetings, the focus will be on completing tasks, achieving goals, getting over hurtles, and practicing successful habits. Compartmentalize your thoughts, to build the game plan to your success! Adolescent and Adult Life Coach Adolescent (14yr - 17yr) life skills. Young adult (17yr - 24yr) maneuvering through the world as an adult (College, new job, leaving home, etc).
