Neighborhood park for kids. I don't like that it's right up against the train tracks (there's a low fence separating the park & the tracks) I could definitely see this being a park where homeless...

Updating my review. This has become a nice little spot. No more bums and city has cleaned up majority of the graffiti.

Small quaint park for young kids and dogs. No basketball or tennis courts. Small picnic benches to sit and read or have lunch and quiet.
