Founded In 1980, Tenderloin Housing Clinic provides comprehensive legal assistance to low-income tenants. With more than 180 employees, the firm is one of the largest permanent housing programs for single homeless adults in San Francisco. The firm s modified payment program offers third-party rental payee services for single adults in residential hotels. Its shelter plus care program administers more than 90 sponsor-based subsidized units for homeless and disabled individuals. Tenderloin Housing Clinic additionally offers master lease and family housing programs.
