Tenderloin Elementary School

Tenderloin Elementary School enrolls more than 300 students in kindergarten through grade five. The school facilities include a community center, garden and kitchen, as well as a medical, dental and counseling center to serve the needs of the students. It offers preschool and after-school programs. Tenderloin Elementary School s staff includes a librarian, literacy specialist, tutorial coordinator and guidance counselor. The school maintains a staff of teachers that offers educational classes in music, art, physical education, language arts, reading, writing, social studies and math. It offers special education services for students with disabilities.
