The elevator is more often broken then functional...and today...some computer problem made it impossible to pay...so they just held a line of about 10-12 cars back for a good 20 or 30 mi utes...

Closes at 10 which is really early on Sundays and you can't leave after 10, they shut the gate and lock your car in overnight, forcing you to pay the $16 overnight fee plus hourly fees. Read the...

Absolutely garbage, they locked my vehicle in before being 1am. I went to pick it up at 12:45 and the entrances were already closed and there was nothing I could do. Absolutely asinine!!
