History

In law school, I clerked for various firms, specializing in employment law, personal injury, and intellectual property. Once I was granted admission to the CA State Bar, I initially practiced with the largest Workers' Compensation Defense Firm in California. I built relationships with Workers' Compensation Insurance Companies and the Workers' Compensation Appeals Court Judges and learned the Workers' Compensation system from the perspective of the Defense. After passing the CA Bar Exam, I decided to challenge myself to also pass the Texas Bar Exam. After I was granted admission to the Texas State Bar, I moved to Texas and practiced as a defense attorney in areas of employment law, Texas Dram Shop Law, personal injury, medical malpractice, and Texas windstorm insurance. Before starting my own firm, I worked at a plaintiff's firm focusing on wage and hour disputes as well as medical malpractice claims.
