Teetotally Fit was created based on the concept of serving women who need sober support. The idea stemmed from Alison's own experience and how much fitness has played a role in her recovery. Teetotally Fit was launched in December 2018, and hopes to impact women both locally and around the globe!

Teetotally Fit specializes in in-home or online personal training for women who are curious about, new to, or currently living a sober lifestyle. Every session is full of empathy, support, encouragement, and laughter. The goal is always to help clients move forward, eliminate perfectionism, and create a healthy lifestyle they love!
