My career started off in Leasing, commercial short and long term leases at the Capitola Mall. There I made some great contacts and expanded my knowledge in a closed circuit. Once the mall was acquired, I dove into Residential Real Estate! My business specializes first time home buyers or sellers. I also have a growing number of investment portfolio clients. I've successful been able to guide those struggling to buy, apply for County/ State loans, grants and measures. I speak Spanish, which helps those with just an ITIN and no social security. The same skills I use to navigate a Buyer, I've used on the sale side. Trust sales or distressed sales (pre-forclosure) are where I strive.
