History

I created this business after my daughter was born and I realized non of my local friends have had children yet. I wanted to continue what I was doing already and inspire women to get in the best shape of their lives through nutrition, fitness and community. However, now i was extremely passionate about helping mommies. On top of that i wanted to create a lasting community for moms to get in shape, meet other moms and have fun with their baby/babies. Helping other moms get their Swag back in fitness, as a mother and in LIFE! Intention of this group: -Support for moms -Help moms achieve their ultimate potential, both physically and emotionally. - Inspire moms to get in the best shape of their lives. - Most importantly be a good influence for our babies to make fitness a part of their lives.

TeamSexy247Fitmoms is a community based mommy and me bootcamp and play date designed for moms with little ones. TEAM SEXY: redefining sexy from the inside out through self confidence and self love. Every Wednesday is FREE, allowing mommies so socialize, kiddies to play, all while getting a total body workout. Every workout rotate different HIIT exercises (High Interval intense Training). I offer short and efficient workouts for mommies on the go! From new borns to all ages (if not in school) this is a fun environment for you. Moms can and have formed lasting friendships with other moms through organized playdates, moms' nights out, and other activities planned at these events!
