My mortgage business was started in 1998. We have closed thousands of loans since that time. I have been a real estate broker since 1978. Prior to opening Team Lending I owned a real estate company, built and developed real estate and manage real estate for many years. I like to believe that my extensive real estate background has been a benefit to my clients.

Team Lending Group primarily specializes in mortgages for homeowners and investors throughout California. We offer many First Time Buyer programs, FHA, VA and all the conventional loans that are available. We are approved with all the major and many minor banks which allows us to compare interest rates and loan programs and be able to offer the most competitive loans to our borrowers.
