Team Bourda is comprised of three Realtors: Brad Bourda, Ryan Bourda, and Richard Bourda. Brad and Rich started the team in November of 1997. Once Team Bourda became established in the San Diego Real Estate market it was realized that more help was going to be needed. Ryan was recruited in 2002 to fill that gap. With the addition of Ryan, Team Bourda has been able to assist many more clients in the San Diego area.
