Taylen Dermatology-Cindy Chen MD

An Orange County native, Dr. Khosravi has always focused on helping others. During her college years, she had the opportunity to volunteer at Hoag and Share Our Selves and experienced how rewarding it was to work in the health care setting. She is excited to return home to serve her local community as a family medicine physician and work at the premier health care network in Orange County, Hoag. Dr. Khosravi is full of energy and approaches each patient with enthusiasm and interest. She selected a career in family medicine as she enjoys treating patients during all life stages and covering a wide breadth of medical situations. She has a keen interest in preventative care and screenings to keep her patients as healthy as possible. After receiving her medical degree, Dr. Khosravi went on to complete her residency at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. According to Dr. Khosravi, “This is the job I always dreamed of. It makes me so happy to wake up each day and help my patients.” Dr. Khosravi enjoys spending time with her family and friends, visiting Orange County’s local beaches and restaurants, and swimming during her free time. Compassionate. This one word perfectly summarizes Dr. Powers’ personality and her approach to patient care. As a pediatrician with Hoag Medical Group, Dr. Powers truly believes that showing compassion builds trusting relationships with her patients and their families which ultimately allows her to provide the best care. Dr. Powers enjoys her role as a pediatrician and chose this field as it provides her with a unique opportunity to work with kids of all ages and be a resource for them during many distinct moments of their lives. As she states, “I have the best patients. They make me smile and laugh and bring me joy every day.” In her practice, Dr. Powers places an emphasis on creating a safe and comfortable environment where her patients and their families can share their concerns and feel heard. Dr. Powers wants her patients to know that she is there for them and she is always ready to help. Proficient in medical Spanish, Dr. Powers attended University of California, Irvine School of Medicine and completed her pediatrics residency at Emory University. When Dr. Powers is away from the office, she enjoys an active lifestyle which includes being outdoors, running and hiking.
