It's closed. I believe it's now Blackline, however I'm not positive nor can I recommend Blackline, but Tax Matters is no more.

I just had a terrible experience here. Last week I called in to get information and schedule an appointment to have my 2015 taxes done. The woman who answered the phone didn't let me get 2 words...

A blackline partner. I spent an hour waiting for David Strauss. He made some mistakes on my return and didn't give us the chance to review before sending it off. My worst tax return experience ever!
