I could overlook the fact that the lady who helped me was rude, but she specifically did not cancel my appointment after I asked her to, and then double confirmed she did as I was walking away....

Called here about 10 times in row to try and get someone on the phone so we could schedule a physical. Upon finally getting someone on the phone they said you have to call Kaiser appointment line...
